After purchasing the official ITIL 4 Foundation mock exam, we will generate a voucher code for you. With that, you will need to register an account at peoplecert.org to access the mock exam under the “Overview” menu section. Here, you can click “START” to begin the test. First, you get introduced to the official exam tool, which will also be used for the actual exam Then, you need to accept the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) Now, you will receive the instructions on how to navigate the tool And finally, by clicking “Start Exam” the fun begins At the end of your Mock Exam, you will receive a test report with full marked results, indicating areas of improvement

Q: How much time do I have for the mock exam?

The voucher can be redeemed after up to 12 months from the date of purchase. Once you start your mock exam, you have 24 hours to complete it.

Q: How much time do I have for the actual ITIL 4 Foundation exam?

For the ITIL 4 Foundation exam, you have 1 hour by default, but you get 25% extra time if English is not your native language. Native English speakers get roughly 90 seconds per question, while non-native English speakers get roughly 110 seconds. For the practice quiz on our page, there is no time limit, nevertheless, you should finish in max. 37,5 minutes to simulate the available time during the actual exam.

This mock exam contains 40, officially approved mock exam questions, provided directly by PeopleCert.

Q: How close are the ITIL 4 Foundation practice questions to the actual exam questions?

An Official Mock Exam from PeopleCert allows you to test your knowledge prior to sitting your exam and the Take2 re-sit option gives you a second chance if you don’t success on your first attempt. As long as you hold an annual PeopleCert Plus Membership, you are entitled to one Mock Exam and one Take2 re-sit for every certification exam you schedule. You will find the Mock Exam in the list of your upcoming certification exams, while the Take2 re-sit option will appear as activated on the top of your certification exam screen.

The official ITIL 4 Mock Exam practice questions are based on the official ITIL 4 Foundation material.

This package contains 40 questions, that are randomly selected from the pool of the official exam questions.

The mock exam format

You will get access to the official ITIL 4 Foundation exam tool developed and made available by PeopleCert
After setting up your account and redeeming your voucher code, you will be able to start the exam directly in the PeopleCert portal.

To simulate the actual exam, you will get 40 random questions and will have 60 minutes to complete them.
To pass the mock exam, you will need to reach at least 65%, which means 26 questions correct out of 40.
